Do you have dreams, goals, and aspirations that never get met? I did as well, until I started putting my plans into action.

When you want something to happen you have to plan it out. Do you ever say, “We should do coffee soon.” to a friend in passing? Do you actually follow up? Make a date? I’m guilty of doing the same thing. My life was a lot of talk, no action. I wanted to do things. I would think about it, but the thought left my mind as quickly as it came in. I decided to make a change. I created my first vision board to help keep me motivated. I make one every year. This is year three. I change up the pictures throughout the year as I move onto new goals.

A vision board is a great reminder to keep you working towards your goals and dreams.

What do you want more of in your life? It can be the simple things that lift your spirits.

For example:

  • Start yoga
  • Hang out with my friends
  • Take baths
  • Start a book club
  • Buy fresh flowers each week
  • Watch free webinars
  • Save for a vacation
  • Learn how to rock climb
  • Get more sleep

What you need:

  • Foam core board
  • Push pins
  • Magazines
  • Pictures or quotes of your choice printed from the internet

Go through the magazines and pull out whatever makes you happy or grabs your attention in a positive way.

What do you want more of in your life? It can be the simple things that lift your spirits.

Pick your favourite pictures and quotes and put them on your board. Where will you see your board? Place it somewhere where you will see it often.
